Woke up at 7.30, ready for a new day’
Went to the stable and groomed horses for like 3 hours ❤❤❤ so awesome. Just missed the smell of horses soooo much.
And then I Skyped with mami for like 2 hours and after that I Skyped with my brothers and my dad for another 2 hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better day 😍
Been at the gym for the past 3 hours, on the treadmill right now trying to complete my two hours of cardio. Got stair master to go after I am done w running thank god for Hyde 💪 lol.
After I am done, I’ll go out for dinner w friends. Love this day 👌😊

Just came home from my Friday night- gym night lol. 5 hours done. Shoulders, triceps a bunch of cardio + stretching.
I like how some people think that 20 mins of cardio is gonna “do u any good” or how lifting is not good for you and people that don’t lift because they don’t wanna “get big” bullshit. You burn more fat faster by lifting weights rather than going out running for 1 hour. I used to be the kind of person that did not want to lift, but as soon as I got into it, it’s soooooo awesome. Best thing evah. Everyone should lift, for health purposes, doesn’t matter if you want to lift to get big or just to lose weight and be healthy, either way is good. You just have to find the motivation! and NO, a work out that last less than 2 hours, is not gonna help you lose weight, or burn fat. A minimum of 2 hours (including 1 hour of low intense cardio) … So find your inner strength, determination, motivation, set goals and GO, trust me no, one else is gonna stop you other than yourself no excuses!!!!

Excited to play soccer and work out tonight !! Whoop. I am always excited to work out lol. That’s how it has to be if you wanna achieve something, one dear friend of mine told me I have OCD about working out, hahah not sure if it is true but what he meant by that is that it is good because that’s how you achieve something. Not by slacking and not being goal oriented. True true

School was fun, interesting as always, then I went running outside at a forest preserve with katie —which is completely amazing, love that place, gotta do that more often

Had a soccer game today in the heat, was awesome and a lot of fun. We unfortunately lost but it was very equal, 7-6.. Anyway, head to the gym after for some legs and back and right now I am doing 1 hour of cardio. That’s what’s up bros 💪
Gonna read some of my hw before bed but finally I will be in bed at a decent time for once! Whoop!

Feeling much better today, still coughing and stuffed nose but I am much better,
First day of class today, starting my intersession, meaning I am gonna complete one class over 3 weeks, CRAAAZyyyyyy, I am taking political science, which is very interesting, I like it so far
Obviously I am gonna study tonight, and hit the gym, maybe the stable too if I have time
The crazy thunderstorm from Oklahoma passed through Chicago last night so it was raining and thundering haaard!! Feel bad for Oklahoma, it’s terrible what happened there
Anyway, I can’t wait to go to Miami in December, it’s far away but as we know, time flies! Soon I’ll see my whole family and just enjoy Cudjoe Key with them Awesome!
